Job Summary:
We are seeking a Pathologist for our Dallas based Laboratory. This is a Hospital Based position.  Must be a board certified (AP/CP), experienced and competent in general pathology or Hematopathology. 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills that allow effective interaction with employees at all levels, and a set of collaborating skills that allows successful engagement with clients, physicians and with laboratory technicians. Excellent clinical judgment and collaborative skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional anatomic pathology diagnostic services including fine needle aspiration and interpretation of tissue biopsies, frozen sections, cytologic preparations, and autopsy prosection where required.

Provide educational services, conferences, and instruction where required.

Comply with continuing medical education requirements for licensure and privilege status.

Provide clinical lab consultation services to physicians and lab technologists as needed.

Provide administrative and medical directorship support to lab as needed.

The individual selected for this role will actively participate in the company's quality initiatives and quality improvement planning.

Job Requirements:
APCP Board Certified
Three to Five years experience required
Texas Licensure required
Two years post-fellowship experience or equivalent in Hematopathology desired
